Carol Rude Scholarship          Application

First awarded in 2000, the Carol Rude Scholarship was created to honor former Council President Carol Rude.  Carol was a tireless volunteer for the children of RUSD, and especially those at Washington Elementary School.   This scholarship encourages and recognizes volunteerism and service to our community.  High School seniors within RUSD who are members of the PTA are encouraged to apply for this scholarship, to assist in their college education.
