Historian Reminders

• Volunteer hours are collected and reported to maintain PTA’s federal tax exemption status as a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization.
• Collect hours monthly
  • Use a google sheet to keep up to date hours-send link monthly, during meetings, in chat box, etc.
  • See Google Doc link below for a template. Be sure to copy and paste this template into your own google document.

Historian Reports

Historian reports are due March 2024.  The report should reflect hours through June 30, 2024  Click on the button below to access the PTA Unit-Annual Historian Report form.  Please complete this report and turn in with other items due in March.  Presidents, if you do not have a historian, you need to complete this form and turn it in
